This week is Stress Awareness Week (3-7 Nov). The Evidence and Library Service has various resources available about stress and burnout, including books, ebooks, online journals, and point of care tools ClinicalKey and BMJ Best Practice. We also have 3 library spaces that offer a calm, relaxing space where you can take a break from work and read something from our ‘Quick Reads’ fiction, ‘Reading Well’ collection, or help to complete one of our jigsaws.
