Stress Awareness Month – resources available
April is Stress Awareness Month. The Evidence and Library Service have various resources available about stress and burnout, including books, ebooks, and online journals. We also have 3 library spaces that offer a calm, relaxing space where you can take a break from work and maybe read something from our Quick Reads fiction, ‘Reading Well’ collection, or help to complete one of our jigsaws.
